Natasha Wynn started dancing at just 3 years old and at 18, took that hobby and developed it into a career by training at London Studio Centre and later at Guildford School of Acting. Although no longer dancing professionally, movement is still a huge part of Natasha’s every day life, and dance influences all that she does.
I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for the experience, strength of character and determination that working in the Performing Arts gave me.
Natasha created a this site as a blog in 2013 after deciding to put her performing career to one side due to injury. Suffering from a chronic joint condition, injury recovery became longer and the strains of performing became too much for her body. Still wanting to stay healthy and maintain the strength her joints needed, Natasha became interested in the world of fitness.
Later that year, the opportunity to train with London’s leading barre workout company, Barrecore, came along, and Natasha auditioned to be an instructor. In the summer of 2013, she became a fully fledged Barrecore instructor and the start of a new career began. Barrecore soon became a full-time occupation and today, Natasha looks after the Hampstead studio as one of Barrecore’s Lead Instructors.
Teaching at Barrecore dramatically increased my knowledge and teaching confidence. Working with an inspiring group of women (plus the occasional barre-boy), and watching clients transform their bodies, and their minds, encouraged me to become Personal Trainer, with the ambition to one day open my own dance and fitness studio.
Always wanting to educate herself further, Natasha is now fully qualified with both a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, and an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management.
Dance Flow Lift incorporates all of Natasha’s favourite things…dance, yoga, gym, fitness and overall healthy living. It has now evolved to become a business from which she hopes to inspire a collection of healthy, like-minded individuals who use fitness to feel amazing in their own bodies.
I want to encourage people to lead happy, healthy, and most importantly, balanced lives. Seeing clients challenge themselves, achieve new things, and be proud of themselves is why I entered the fitness industry!
