Natasha is a former professional dancer and started blogging about health and fitness after decided to out her performing career to one side due to injury. Early posts talk about broken bones, hints and tips on life as a dancer and how she made her way into the fitness industry.

Now a full time Personal Trainer and Barrecore instructor, Natasha has expanded her blog to include living with a chronic condition, yoga, fitness, travel and life.
