A little while ago I introduced you all to the new bootcamp in town, Best’s Bootcamp, tucked away behind Charing Cross Station. They’ve been growing and growing, and have just launched their newest class – Best Cycle.
Last week, with a fabulous group of influencers, we gave the new indoor cycling class a try. It seemed that the teeny teething problems (no air-con) hadn’t put anyone off, as we were soon sweating over our bikes under the direction of Abi, our fantastic instructor.
Following the standard indoor cycling / spinning format of different tempos and levels of resistance, with a weights section, and a climb section where I thought my thighs were going to fall off, it’s a must for anyone who is a spinning addict. The lights are low, the UV is on, and the music keeps everything to a beat. Abi kept us all going with her words of encouragement and enthusiasm throughout.
I make it no secret that spinning and I aren’t the greatest of friends, but I actually didn’t loathe this class too much, which just goes to show how good it was. I’m even considering going back!!
The team at Bests, as I’ve said before, are very friendly and approachable. With post-workout smoothies and cold towels on hand to cool down and replenish, the state-of-the art facilities also include a full-body air-dryer. Pair Best Cycle with their signature bootcamp class, and you’ve got the perfect combination of strength and cardio work.
Best Cycle launches today, 26th September, and you can get your first class for just £10. Head to their website to book for ‘The Ride Of Your Life’.

I tried Best Cycle for free as part of their influencer class, all words my own. Please see Disclaimer for more information.
